At Culinary Gear Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30 return policy, which means you have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns.

To start a return, contact our customer support at help@culinarygearshop.com. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address (which may vary depending on the supplier).

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at help@culinarygearshop.com with photos of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Personalized/custom items
